Yogism Yoga Institute, established in 1995, has been dedicated to promoting authentic yoga and holistic wellness for over 25 years. The institute offers comprehensive Yoga Teacher Training programs, aiming to cultivate skilled instructors who embody and impart the profound benefits of yoga. Their mission encompasses a deep understanding of yoga philosophy, anatomy, spirituality, Ayurveda, modern and yogic diet, modern anatomy, and psychology.
The institute is led by founder Mrs. Suneeta Pawar, a certified yoga evaluator with over 26 years of teaching experience, and co-founder Mr. Sunil Pawar, a seasoned yoga instructor and former regional manager in the pharmaceutical industry. Yogism Yoga Institute is an associate member of the Indian Yoga Association and Yoga Vidya Gurukul, ensuring adherence to high standards in yoga education.
