Originating in 2006 as Unnati Yoga Therapy & Training Center at Hardikar Hospital, the foundation integrates ancient yogic practices with modern medical science to promote holistic health.
The foundation offers a range of educational programs, including the Yoga Teacher Training Course (TTC) for beginners and advanced courses such as Rope & Belt Therapy.
